What brought you to Hippocrates?

I am a raw foodist and enjoy living a living & raw food lifestyle. I enjoy meeting like-minded people.

I have taken the raw food & sprout class in August, and look forward to more raw food classes.

I enjoy the monthly open houses and lectures and other events at Hippocrates.

I have been a vegetarian since 1981. I discovered raw food in 2003 and was 100% raw for 1 year. After I started eating cooked food again, I remained a vegan.

I've been back to 100% raw since May 2008, and I am loving it. I do not plan on going back to eating cooked food again. At this point (after 1 year raw), I don't miss it at all.

I have started a raw food group in Palm Beach Gardens. We have monthly raw food potlucks at Loggerhead Beach. Please contact me, if you would like more information.
