Live Gardenburgers
1 lb of your favorite nuts, soaked and dehydrated
1 lb of carrots chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon of agave
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning
Celtic salt to taste
Grind your nuts in a processor. Combine carrots, onion, agave, oil, seasonings and salt with nuts in the food processor with the nuts. Mix well, if the mixture isn't thick add one of these thickeners: ground flax seeds, dried parsley or dill, dried onion or garlic. Form into a burger and dehydrate for 4 hours on 100 degrees. Serve with raw vegan coleslaw and a dill pickle and you're good to go!
If you don't dehydrate it use as a pate on top of a salad, in a lettuce leaf or a sushi wrap.
To make "Fish burgers" omit poultry seasoning add seaweed (like dulse or kelp) to the mixture.
With this one recipe you could make so many different flavors. Be creative!
