What brought you to Hippocrates?
I got a degree in culinary nutrition locally & we took a field trip there. Upon graduation I did the life change program & then the whole 9 week health educator a year later. I'm also a raw chef & instructor from living light.

Hey Claudio, How have you been? Since last I saw you at Hippocrates lots of good things have happened. We are close to opening a hands on, raw food chef school and cafe in Fort Lauderdale called the "Green Wave Cafe". It is on Broward Blvd between 441 and University. I'll let you know when it opens.

Congratulations on doing the Hippocrates Health Educator Program. What a great experience - 9 weeks of Living Foods and green protein juices all being prepared for you! Also just understanding about the HHI program and how it is not just about the food!! I shall be back at HHI in November, staying in WPB - any restaurants to recommend in surrounding areas?!
Apparently a restaurant has opened in Daytona Beach - Sunrise Park Cafe - heard of it through one of the MeetUp Raw Groups. The groups are all over the world.
Always ask a tourist!! At the moment I am in Europe - UK!

There is a great new restaurant in Miami called LifeFood Gourmet, you should check it out. It is owned by John Schott. I have heard there is also a new raw cafe opening in Boca Raton called Fourth Generation...but I don't anything about where or when that is happening.
I am considering doing the Living Light school, do you recommend it?

Hey Claudio,
2 weeks ago I got home from the 3 week program. I have always been interested in nutrition and am a big lover of food and creating yummy things. I recently came across the Living Light website and I am considering doing one of their programs. Do you have any advice or anything to share from your experience there?
