Well I just checked on my sunflower sprouts and they don't look to good...I remember growing them before I went to hipporates and they were fine, but these ones look terrible! Maybe I got some bad seeds. Sprouting in the hempbag is super easy and pretty inexpensive. There is really no place near me that grows wheatgrass or sprouts here, which is surprising to me, I thought Chapel Hill was alittle more progressive. Plenty of health conscience people but not to the hippocrates level. And the sprouts in the supermarket looks so old and un-appetizing.
Oh well, keep in touch with ideas and I'll do the same. I did just order E3Live today. I brother loves the stuff. Have you tried it?
I think I must have a couple twins out there b/c every now and then someone tells me I look exactly like someone they know. I'd like to meet these twins some day! Actually, today I was at the pool with my 3 daughters, and my oldest ran up to me and pointed out this other mom that she said "I looked exactly like". And I did look like her....but the funny thing is last summer I was at the pool and my other daughter came over to me and told me I looked "alot like" that other lady. It was the same person and both daughters said I looked like this person, not knowing the other had told me! But I must change my photo I posted of myself sometime because it is really not the best picture... but I was rushing and I don't really have much time for vanity these days. esp. with all the sprouting;)

So glad to hear from you! I'm glad your trying to stay on track--I think we all are. I really miss Hippocrates too...it was so nice for them to do it all for you--then ya come home and it's like wow!!! This is alot to do...and how do I do it all? I had 2 days where I completely fell off the wagon and ate dairy and a little sugar---but that's gonna happen I guess...it takes time but at least we are eating healthier and feeling better! Congrats to you for growing your sprouts,I have'nt done that yet---we had to order ours, also my husband ordered some sprouting mechanism to help as well---I hope it works out b/c sprouts are expensive to order online!!!
Anyway----let's keep in touch b/c I feel like I need support with this--as like you, I don't know anyone close to me who is doing this. Luckily I can drive to Hippocrates but that's still an hour away so I can't do that all the time.
Well, must go and start dinner....I mean my salad...oh and PS---did I ever tell you that you look so much like my brother's girlfriend, uncanny!
