After making nut milk (with pine nuts and macadamian nuts) I took
all the leftover nut meal into a bowl. Moistened it with nut milk,
agave, maple flavoring and vanilla flavoring (not extract) until it
reached a nice moldable consistancy. I added some vegan chocolate
chips and walnuts. (taste mixture to measure sweetness). Then I
shaped them into cookies on paraflex sheets and dehydrated them for
like two days. Until very crispy. They are actually very good!!
Approximately: 2 cups nut meal 1/2 cup nut milk 1/4 cup agave (or
even less) 1 T. maple flavoring 1 T. vanilla flavoring 1/2 cup
chocolate chips 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
