Classes on Monday and Tuesday and use of the facilities of Hippocrates, and the grounds. Two Spa

Katharine has been living the live food lifestyle since 1980 and has been employed in the field of Natural Health and Wellness ever
since. In 1983, she was Dr Wigmoreʼs personal guest for 3 weeks at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston. Katharine and Dr Ann
were both born on March 17th! You may have seen Katharine speaking on the Living Foods Lifestyle around the works, or traveling

worked together for 30 years. Katharine also consulted with and helped open The Hippocrates of Asia in the Philippines in 2002.

Katharine recently joined the Hippocrates team to take the education department from the Health Educator Program to the Hippocrates
Health Academy. The Academy will enhance the Health Educator Program, and and an Alumni Program, a Culinary School, a
Continuing Education Credits for Professionals program and by next year, an online certification course.

“Shelli “- , had suffered with ill health for 30 years until finding out about the Essene Way of Life and implementing dietary and other
changes that literally saved her life. She became an Essene Minister and then found Hippocrates Health Institute; she joined the staff
there from 2002 - 2009, working in several capacities, her favorite as a Program Consultant, sharing her story and inspiring people to
heal themselves. Although she is back working in aerospace manufacturing she keeps close contact with Hippocrates and her
Ministry. An avid animal lover, she runs an animal rescue in her home and enjoys a vitality in her 50ʼs that she did not know in her 20ʼs
or 30ʼs.
